It depends. In consulting, the first decisions ship in week 2. The first metrics that move (CPC, CTR, conversion rate) usually show in 30-60 days. Revenue takes a quarter to stabilize. Anyone promising results faster is lying.

Do I work just with you or with a team?

Both. Strategy, diagnosis and critical decisions stay with me. Day-to-day execution (campaigns, code, content) runs through my team at AP AGENCY®. I know what each person does and I sign off everything.

How much does it cost?

Bespoke websites start in five figures. Consulting is billed per quarter, scoped to the bottleneck at hand. We pin it down in the free diagnosis so you get an honest number instead of a catalog price.

What's the minimum commitment?

For consulting, one quarter. That's the minimum to implement and measure. I don't lock you in beyond that: if I'm not adding value at the end of the quarter, we don't continue. For web builds, it depends on scope (4 to 12 weeks).

Why only three new clients per quarter?

Because moving the real needle requires deep knowledge of one business. Diluting attention is what makes agencies produce pretty reports without results. Three is the max I can carry well without becoming what I don't want to be.

What do I need ready to start?

Access to your accounts (Google Ads, Meta, Analytics, Klaviyo, etc.), ideally some history (3 months min), and honesty about the numbers. If something's missing, we sort it in the free diagnosis before any invoice.
